Which of the Core Values do you focus on and why are you passionate about it?

I am passionate about all of our core values and helping communicate the heart of our church and everything that we do. I love getting people connected in all of these areas...putting God first through Sunday morning services, building community and strong marriages and families, getting plugged into groups and being apart of the many events we have at Grace.

What do you love the most about your job?

I love being an assistant to our awesome pastors and doing whatever I can do to make their lives a little easier. My heart is to be a helper (I'm an enneagram 2 through and through!). I love serving our staff and I enjoy doing little things to help everyone feel special, loved, and appreciated. One of my favorite things to do is get our staff to participate in themed lunches, complete with costumes and games, and make everyone pose for silly pictures. See Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C.

My favorite thing about communications is the opportunity it gives me to share what Grace is all about, to encourage others, and to help  people feel more connected to this amazing church family! I tend to use a lot of exclamation points because I am always excited about everything God is doing here at Grace!!

Outside of Work...

I've been married to Nick since 2004. We have a son and twin daughters, all with red hair!

What do you enjoy doing during your free time?

Reading, cooking, baking, photography, writing, traveling, and time with my family.

Tell us something funny or interesting about yourself!

I was a poster child for the March of Dimes in Los Angeles for 7 years. I used to be a 911 dispatcher for the police & fire department. My husband and I both have red hair and we have 3 redheaded children. Our two girls are twins and we have no twins on either side of our family!
