What Core Value do you focus on and why are you passionate about it?
Put God First. I feel that this is the first and most important Core values that drive the rest. Jesus expands on this in Matthew chapter 22 when He is asked about the greatest commandment. At times we can get too busy doing for God and not being with Him. I feel that if we as the church truly put God first in everything we do, we can accomplish great things for His Kingdom.

What do you love the most about your job?
I love that I get to advance God’s Kingdom by investing in the lives of those around me so that we can build a strong community of followers of Jesus.
What's your favorite bible verse?
1 Corinthians 16:13-14 (ESV) Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.
Outside of Work...
I spend my free time in a couple of different ways. As a triathlete, I usually spend my mornings training for my next race. I am also in seminary working on an MA in Local Church Ministry, so my evenings are spent reading or writing papers. When I’m not doing any of those things, I like to hang out with my wife Patty.
