Our community needs our help! The San Antonio Food Bank has put out an emergency call for volunteers.

The Food Bank needs 400 volunteers each week to help feed people during the COVID-19 crisis. Currently, there are only about 100 volunteers scheduled, which may result in scaled-back food distribution, and longer/slower lines for food pickups.

If you are healthy and not high risk, please consider donating some of your time and helping your neighbors in need! All volunteers go through temperature screenings and are required to wear a mask. Social distancing is practiced at all times and indoor facilities are thoroughly cleaned before volunteers work in a space.
