Theme: God Is The Source

Ladies, this is the event you’ve been waiting for! Join us for a power-packed weekend designed to refresh your soul, renew your mind, and refuel your body—because real wellness starts with God at the center. 💜

Dr. Tasha Levert

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Tasha Levert as our main speaker—she’s passionate, powerful, and will challenge and inspire you with Biblical truth and real-life wisdom.

Tasha Levert (pronounced “love-air”) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Executive Director of Broom Tree Counseling in Denham Springs, Louisiana. She is a conference speaker, worship leader, and author.

Tasha is a southern girl who grew up in Texas and Louisiana. She earned a BA in Religion with a Bible emphasis from Mississippi College. She then attended New Orleans Theological Seminary and earned an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling, a ThM (Master of Theology), and a PhD in Marriage and Family Counseling.

Tasha is married to Tim, and they have three beautiful daughters -- Elle, Zoe, and Ashton -- and a grumpy schnauzer named Tabasco. Tim and Tasha enjoy doing ministry together, eating, traveling, dancing, dreaming, creating, and playing with their kids.

✨ Meet Speaker Rachael DeBoy ✨

Hi friends! I’m Rachael—a passionate health and wellness educator, wife, and mom of four who believes that healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated. For nearly a decade, I’ve been helping women and families build strong foundations of wellness through simple, sustainable habits. Whether it’s through meal planning, sourdough baking, or plant-powered nutrition, I love encouraging others to take small steps that lead to big change.

But at the heart of it all is my faith. I love Jesus and pursue Him daily—He is the source of my strength, my purpose, and the reason I care so deeply about wellness. I believe our bodies are temples, and when we care for them, we honor Him and are better equipped to walk in the calling He has placed on our lives.

I’m so excited to share how God has shaped my wellness journey and how we can all keep health simple—because when we feel our best, we can serve our families, our communities, and God’s Kingdom with joy and purpose. 💛
