What Core Value do you focus on and why are you passionate about it?
Discipleship! I am very passionate about discipleship, and I believe that discipleship cannot happen outside of solid Christian community. I am passionate about helping believers understand their faith in a new and deeper way, and learning how to actively live that faith out.

What do you love the most about your job?
I love the opportunity to invest in people. I am very much a relationally oriented person, and I love that my job focuses on building community with people.
Outside of Work...
Married to Cricket since January 2, 2010. We have three kids. 6 year old twins, Caden and Chloe. And Kaylee who is 3.
Hobbies/interests/what you do in your free time: I enjoy Shooting guns, hunting, and spending time with my family.
Tell us something funny or interesting about yourself: During the 2008-2009 school year, I attended the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, School of Film and Television.
